Q. Do you have a virtual version of the event?

We are filming the event for our member library, but it will not be streamed live. If you wish to participate in the conversations, you will need to attend in-person. Members of The Packaging Forum will have an opportunity to view the presentations a couple of months after the in-person event concludes.

Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can do this at any time. To arrange a transfer, please email Kim.

Q. Can I share my two day ticket with someone else (and attend one day each)?

Yes, but there will be an admin fee of $50 as we will need to create a separate name badge for each attendee and collect additional information. To arrange this, please email our event manager at kim@mandeville.co.nz

Q. Can I purchase a one day ticket?

No. Our tickets are for both days, regardless of which day you attend. The only option is to share a pass with another person (refer to answer above for details on how to arrange that).

Q. I don't know if my organisation is a member, or not. Which ticket should I choose?

If you are unsure of your employer's membership status with The Packaging Forum, please select the MEMBER ticket. If your organisation's Forum membership has lapsed, we will email you with renewal instructions. If your organisation does not renew, we will adjust your event ticket price retrospectively.

Q. I am no longer available on that date - can I cancel my ticket?

Yes, if you do so by 31 July. Cancellation is not possible after 1 August 2024 however you may request to transfer your ticket to another person at any time. If you have any questions about the cancellation policy, please email our event manager at kim@mandeville.co.nz.
